My name is Francis Henriquez, and I am the CEO and Operations Manager of FH Demolition. I have over 18 years of experience in the demolition industry, bringing both hands-on knowledge and leadership to every project we take on.
In 2014, I launched FH Demolition, and since then, we have built a strong reputation for professionalism, safety, and integrity. Our company takes pride in maintaining a spotless record—free of accidents or violations—while delivering reliable demolition services across the region.
We are proud to work closely with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections through the Demolition Master Program. This partnership reflects our commitment to meeting the highest standards in the industry and serving our community with excellence.

Holds OSHA 30 certification and is a certified Notary Public.
Proficient in navigating complex demolition operations, managing permits and inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and removing violations. Skilled in coordinating with municipal agencies, overseeing safety protocols, and streamlining administrative processes for optimal project performance. Proven track record of maintaining safe, efficient, and fully compliant worksites.
